Leadership Appointments
We are proud to announce the promotion of Maureen Cassidy to Director of Client Relations. Since joining us in early 2020 as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, Maureen has played a pivotal role in our growth and has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team. In her new position, Maureen will lead the onboarding of new clients onto our Data-Centrix Manager platform and oversee our Client Relationship Managers, further strengthening our client engagement strategies.
Zee, who joined IMSS in 2021 as a Full Stack Developer for Data-Centrix, has been appointed as our new Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he will spearhead all development initiatives for the Data-Centrix Manager platform and manage our expanding team of talented developers. Zee's expertise has been crucial in driving enhancements that meet the evolving demands of our industry.
Expanding Our Team
To further bolster our capabilities, we are excited to welcome several new members to our development team, including a Software Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Quality Assurance Engineer. These additions will enhance our ability to deliver innovative solutions that set us apart in the market.
We are also pleased to announce Brent Watters as our new Head of Sales & Marketing. With over three decades of experience in elevating technology brands, Brent is a results-driven professional skilled in aligning sales and marketing efforts. He will be instrumental in shaping our marketing communications and business strategies, ensuring that we effectively reach and engage our target audiences.
Lastly, Pamela O’Donnell has transitioned from her role as Administrative Coordinator to become a Client Relationship Associate. Over the past four years, Pamela has been a vital support in our client relations activities, and in her new position, she will assist Maureen in managing client engagements and providing support on internal projects.
